About VeraHire
Hiring and job-searching are painfully inefficient for everyone involved. It’s time for an upgrade. Founded by Princeton, Harvard, Columbia and Wharton alums who have previously built hundred-million-dollar companies with successful exits, VeraHire is building AI tools that help teams hire better and faster.
We are still early, and that is part of the opportunity. Joining VeraHire means joining at a stage where your work will matter immediately. You will work directly with the founders, help shape key parts of the business, and have the chance to build systems and initiatives that directly influence growth.
We are looking for people who are excited by ownership, energized by ambiguity, and motivated by building. This is not a narrow role inside a large machine. It is a chance to be part of a small, ambitious team using AI to improve one of the most important functions in business.
If you want to do meaningful work, learn quickly, and help build a company from an early stage, we would love to hear from you.
