HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?

• Collaborate with global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry clients to design and implement commercial strategies and multi-channel engagement models, enabling business growth, customer centricity, and digital reinvention.
• Support and lead commercial reinvention initiatives, define operating models, and drive process improvements.
• Enable CRM implementations and digital engagement solutions.
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
• Develop assets, methodologies and thought leadership for the Life Sciences Commercial practice.

We have offices available in CABA, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, Rosario, Salta, and Mendoza! And if you’re located in other provinces, our positions are remote, so you can work from home!

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus).
• Careers that strongly fit this role include Business Administration, Marketing, Commercialization / Sales Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences (with commercial focus), Digital Marketing / E-commerce, and Information Systems / Business Analytics.
• You must have 1–3+ years of experience in Life Sciences and/or consulting for Analysts, or 3-10+ years of experience for Consultants.
• Advanced English (oral and written) is essential for interacting with global clients.

We will be glad to interview you if you have deep experience in one or more of the following capabilities:

• COMMERCIAL DOMAIN: Experience in areas such as Sales, Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Patient Services or Product Launch.

• PLATFORMS: Knowledge of platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce LifeSciences Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other commercial platforms.

DESIRABLE:

• Experience in Multi-Channel Marketing, Customer Journey Design, Go-to-Market Strategy or Sales Force Effectiveness.

• Patient Services / Patient Support program knowledge.

• Experience in Change Management initiatives.

• Experience participating in consulting proposals or transformation projects.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Commercial analytics and insight generation capabilities

• Experience working in global projects or international environments as Business Analyst or Project Manager (highly desirable)

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
