Industry Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years working directly with consulting or service provider firms in telecom, media, or technology industries.

Relevant Areas of Expertise (One or More)

Software or Platform Implementation Projects

• Hands-on experience with platforms like:
  • ServiceNow
  • Salesforce
  • Workday
  • Jira
  • Azure DevOps
  • Oracle Suite
• Certifications are a strong advantage.

Roles & Functions

• Proven experience as:
  • Business Analyst
  • Product Owner
  • Scrum Master

Content Creation

• Assist in designing and developing learning materials:
