QA/QC Data Analyst

Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French global mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.

Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.

DATA ANALYST QA/QC

Description:

The QA/QC Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, traceability, and control of documentation and quality data related to engineering activities, including Change Management (MoCs) and improvement initiatives. The role supports the QA/QC function by enabling efficient documentation management, inspection tracking, and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with standards and protecting the quality of project delivery.

This position reports to: Engineering Manager

Location: Salar Centenario - Ratones, Salta, Argentina.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation systems, ensuring version control and traceability
• Support the tracking and documentation of Change Management (MoC) processes
• Assist in the coordination and documentation of inspections and quality control activities
• Consolidate and analyze QA/QC data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure proper documentation of non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions
• Support compliance with internal standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide reports on QA/QC performance indicators
• Support engineering and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and documentation management
• Experience with MoC processes and quality systems
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Understanding of industrial or mining environments (preferred)
• Experience in QA/QC, engineering support, or project environments
• Experience managing documentation in regulated or complex environments
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
