Become a first point of support for the Spotify LATAM team regarding the use and functionality of these tools.
Help sellers and CSMs resolve operational questions and identify the most appropriate tool for each need.
Document processes, tool capabilities, common questions, limitations, and best practices.
Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks across the team.
Analyze process pain points and propose practical improvements.
Use AI to organize information, summarize content, detect inconsistencies, and accelerate recurring tasks.
Support the creation of guides, playbooks, checklists, templates, and internal learning materials.
Collaborate with the Sales Ops team and the commercial teams on AI, automation, and process optimization projects.
Support the design and testing of AI workflows, agents, automations, and internal solutions.
Follow up on implementation, adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement of the solutions developed.
Gradually contribute to more ambitious initiatives that can improve how the team operates at scale.
Currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Availability to work 4 hours per day.
Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, technology, and process improvement.
Interest in becoming proficient in Salesforce, N8N, Claude, Gemini, and other relevant platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication.
