This position is crucial for the implementation of VALTRA's Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in its assigned region. The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for leading the execution of all retail processes and their related programs and actions, from the dealer to the market, delivering the Sales Plan (market share and volume) in their region. They will coordinate and ensure the efficient execution of the Commercial Plan by VALTRA dealers to deliver the market share and volume targets for their region in accordance with the Sales Plan.
Your Impact
Manage dealerships in terms of business operations (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, commercial policies, sales allocation, and sales to fleet companies).
Define advertising and promotion strategies, brand awareness, field days, regional trade shows, and events with major clients in collaboration with the Marketing department.
Work with the Dealer Development department, suggesting restructuring and formulating an action plan to be presented to the Dealer Management Committee. Manage product demonstrations.
Ensure dealerships meet their business plans by training them to sell a full line of products and services (tractors, harvesters, implements, sprayers, precision agriculture equipment, and spare parts).
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required).
Experience in sales, particularly in managing rural/agricultural machinery dealerships.
Knowledge of rural/agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, implements, sprayers, tools, and precision agricultural equipment).
Experience in customer segmentation and relationship management programs. Knowledge of finance (cost accounting, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.) and marketing (advertising and promotion).
Intermediate to advanced level of English (required). Basic level of Portuguese (desirable).
