We're looking for a full-time remote Executive Assistant to work closely with our founder and help keep the business running smoothly as we grow.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You'll support day-to-day operations, help coordinate projects, and contribute to building better internal processes as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the founder to support daily priorities and execution.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and meeting coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Organize information, documents, and internal reporting (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and partners when needed.
• Track action items, deadlines, and project progress across multiple initiatives.
• Support project coordination activities and help maintain organized workflows.
• Assist in documenting and improving internal processes and procedures.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree completed (or equivalent tertiary qualification).
• Some experience in an administrative, assistant, coordinator, operations support, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Project Management tools.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Interest in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Pay: $1,500,000.00 - $2,300,000.00 per month
