We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our architecture group and guide the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-level technology solutions. This role blends technical depth, leadership, client interaction, and the creation of thought leadership. The ideal candidate is skilled at building robust production systems, understands business processes, leads technical teams, and develops strong client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and opportunities into actionable technology solutions
• Lead a team of technology specialists and take ownership of technology program outcomes
• Act as a technical advisor for client leadership and delivery teams
• Develop and communicate solution architectures for enterprise platforms to stakeholders
• Apply expertise in Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, API development, integration strategies, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
• Assess technology strategies and environments to ensure they meet industry standards and business goals
• Guide the selection of key technologies and solution components
• Build and maintain technology program roadmaps
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams, ensuring responsibility for the final deliverable
• Create and share thought leadership within your areas of specialization
• Maintain advanced knowledge in relevant technology domains
• Mentor engineers and architects, contributing to architectural standards and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture
• Minimum 2 years leading distributed teams of five or more in leadership roles
• Experience in at least two full project lifecycles or participation in multiple projects across different development phases
• Hands-on background in software development
• Experience with Generative AI technologies
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable and resilient enterprise systems
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Experience in at least one business domain
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience in business domains such as Life Sciences, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Fintech, or Travel & Hospitality
• Specialized knowledge in areas like eCommerce, content management, PIM/DAM, Martech & Loyalty, Search, or Agentic AI
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers including GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Understanding of composable and headless digital ecosystems
• Experience working with AI tools
• Cloud and architecture certifications
• Experience mentoring architects or engineers and contributing to internal architecture practices
• Advanced technical education or research experience
• Experience with public speaking or publishing whitepapers and articles on technology topics
