My biggest weakness during my time of customer service was my availability which is why I’m searching for a part time job. With school on the side, I want to be able to work and go to school in an effective way, which allows me to work to my best in both places, as working with a schedule that didn’t work for my education meant that I was neglecting school and prioritising work. If I’m able to organise my timetable shifts then my availability shouldn’t be a problem as I’m very flexible, especially during times of thé Christmas and new years period
