actually this is not a hard question - I expected it - but discovered that the public information is really limited, so actually I didn't know a lot. I knew about Korn Ferry, and that FS had commenced as an online recruitment business and then gone in to RPO. I didn't know that they ran retained single search for middle management, and didn't know that they did other consulting such as EVP and diagnostics. There's so much to the company that can't be found online.
