Not much. Pretty much a straight forward interview.
You have a workstation that is randomly not able to connect to internet. Analyse and describe the steps and methology on how you would resolve this problem. What can be the causes of this problem?
Do you know how to do DFMEA in Microsoft Excel? Do you know how to check the boxes for APQP gate reviews ? Do you know how to do Tolerance Stack up ?. You do not need any special skills for joining this company. Over all you will get selected because No new employee wants to stick to this company for not more than 2 Weeks.
I guess the only one I can think of, and it caught me kinda off guard, was when he asked what salary I expected. Well since I was currently employed and ESP was the one who sought me out for employment, I knew about what the normal salary range was at the time for that specific position and I added another $10,000 on top of it because I didn't really need another job and expected him to at least say, well, let that be a target figure and then tell me a lower amount. That didn't happen and he immediately said, OK, when can you start! I was kinda speachless for a few moments and had to gather my thoughts because that was completely un-expected. Jim Hoffman was and still is, one of the most honest and someone I will always respect.

The engineers here live and breathe this stuff. Often, committing thier own personal resources. Are you that committed that you can take it to that level?
Nothing fluffy, If you applied for a position you'd better be familiar with the in's and out's of the challenges and required skills. Can't fake it with vague answers.
