The interview questions were not antiquated (i.e. "tell me your greatest weakness"). They all felt relevant to the work. They also served a dual purpose of giving me insight into what is valued by the team and company (diversity, inclusivity, strong teamwork, adaptability, advocacy). Some questions included: How do you feel working in an environment where there is frequent change and ambiguity? How do you keep your team energized? How do you build an inclusive team?
