The interview included a series of rapid-fire computer science definitions, like "define an abstraction", "define an inner left join", etc. There was no critical analysis. I thought I did poorly, but I rated the interview as easy, because I seemed to get the job despite not knowing a lot of these answers. As of Motion it was more getting to know each other. The client questions were average we had 2 conversations. And 1 technical interview, 1 in the easy side puzzle algorithm code problem solved live and one another focused in React live problem as well. This should depend on the client and not Motion though
