Briefly describe you education, training and experience. what strengths do you have that would help you succeed int his position? 2. Are you fluent in any languages other than English? 3. Tell us about your skill in working with resistant clients 4. Goal of child Protection Social Work? Role of Child Protection Social Worker? 5. What is your understanding of some of the complex issues affection many of our families involved with Child Protection? 6. Most children are able to remain their homes or return to heir homes following period of OHP. What are your feeling about recommending termination of parental rights? 7.Tell us about a time when you modified your interpersonal and/or work style to work with client of a different background.
