All of my interviews were behavioral. All of them were focused on Amazon's Leaderships principles. You've got to know these principles inside out, and have multiple examples for each ( I personally had 4 -5 examples for each leadership principle).

Q: We already gave this job to someone else. Would you like to be considered for a different position with a lower paying step-down role from what you're currently doing? We already offered that job to someone else.
They tend to ask STAR questions along the line of "Tell me about a time where you disagreed with your leadership. What did you do, what was the outcome, etc."
how will you stop a dos attack?
If you are preparing for this interview be confident in your product experience. Also take time practicing different business cases and product design cases.
Behavioral. Very little about the role, gaps firm is facing, and why the candidate thinks he/she is a good fit.
