Q's asked in relation to deteriorating patient, infection control, family member unhappy with care, medication management etc
How many patients I work with on my shift? How many patients do I imagine working with on skilled nursing unit?
What did my past employer do to get me motivated to complete tasks?
Are you able to lift 50#'s? I calmly answered, I can lift 25#'s. The individual stated they would get back with me. I had requested that the bag be put on wheels, this would have made it possible for me to fulfill the requirements for the job. The person never called me back.
In the event of an emergent situation that made you question if a skill was in your scope of practice who would you contact on your chain of command?
Years of experience in nursing.
There were no real questions other than which unit I would prefer to work on .
Questions were very standard and wanted to know how I would handle situations and how I have handled past situations.
