They asked the basic stuff like why do you want to join the company, how much you know about Glencore and its main business. Tell me more about yourself and why do you think the grad prog would benefit your career. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years. Nice interviewers who would prefer honest answers than the cliche lines.

The interview was over the phone with very poor call quality ( guys, use the headsets and not the speakers!). It was extremely long (around 1 hour) with a lot of questions related to the Nordea banking activity and risk management. That is fine, understandable. What really pissed me off is that after the 45 minutes of those questions, I've heard ''lets see your problem solving abilities" and started to ask me the game theory questions on dice. What? Am I applied for the graduate program? Didn't even bother to explain the role, team, department until I have actually asked. Don't even waste you time if you are professional with some experience and not a fresh university graduate.
