The programmer aptitude test was just basic logic questions. The personality tests were completely pointless. The programming ability test was just a coding task (probably similar to what you'd be expected to do on a daily basis as an employee of the company instead of just an algorithmic challenge). Takes quite some time if you want to solve the problem & write the code properly.
