In the first round, I met with the HR team, and they focused on creating a profile for me. The second round was with a manager, who delved into my work experience, asked me about my reasons for wanting to join Concentrix, and even requested a presentation to assess my skills. The third and final round involved a meeting with the head manager. During this round, I discussed the challenges I faced in my previous role and how I overcame them. We also talked about my achievements, my daily time management strategies, and I was presented with a few hypothetical scenarios to gauge my problem-solving abilities.
