There really is no difficult question that I was asked. They usually ask you pretty standard questions; for example, you previous work experiences, why are you interested in the company, customer situations and what did you do in those situations, also why do you think you would be a good fit into the company. Also, do not be taken by surprise about your work experiences with them, no matter how many of them you have in the past....let them know. They will actually do a check on all of your past work experiences, and if they find any that you failed to mention in the interview process, they will not hire you. I really wish that Wegmans would not do that since my past work experiences are really my business alone. All of the work experiences that I tell them about are the ones that I believe to be the most relevant and the ones that I want them to look at, not a complete overview as if it as any merit for a retail job.
