There were a lot of good questions asked, to which I gave thorough and applicable answers describing my experience and aptitude for the role. I was not chosen to progress from the initial interview, with the reason given that I did not demonstrate the ability to work cross-departmentally. However, I was not asked any questions during our hour long conversation regarding my skill or experience in that area, of which I have plenty.

The questions were all behavior based so be prepared with specific stories regarding team work, tough decisions, and working with patients.
