For the personality test, one of the things to answer is "always true / mostly true / sometimes true and false / mostly false / always false" — you get questions like "I have a lot of friends" and "I am lonely". This shows absolutely nothing about you as an employee, and they just want you to answer as the molded perfect outgoing superhuman they expect.

Mostly focused on background experience. There weren't many, or even any, design conversations — which I thought was odd.
