Interview questions certainly focused on my past experience and specific accomplishments. In addition, personality and cultural fit were of key focus. Teamwork, supportiveness, kindness, diversity, transparency, communication, etc. all were important topics well covered in the interviews.
What are some of the most difficult research projects you have worked on in your other positions?. Have you worked on collaborative projects before and what were the positives and negatives of that experience? What specific research databases are you proficient in using? What advanced functions in excel are you familiar with?
