However, they have not answered their security questions correctly. The customer now insists they want to still go ahead with the transfer. Questions related to that scenario would be: How would you deal with this situation? What are your thoughts on how customer feels, and what the best way to approach then regarding the matter? What can you do that will solve their issue, without you having to break company rules and you providing the best service possible?
