None of the corny questions asked in some interviews. We talked about my experience. It was very conversational and did not feel like there was a set list of questions.
Asked general questions about myself and competency questions. Nothing to trick you out and nothing too out of the ordinary!
How would you deal with profanity in the workplace?
Q: Tell us about your previous job role?
This position has been open for almost 5 months with multiple interviews with qualified people but all are being turned down which in my opinion maybe a take on not all of the interviewees but the person who’s doing the interviewing at a local level. I was interviewed personally then called to check on application was told that another individual was responsible for making those decisions so I contacted them just to check on application at which time I was told the preceding person was in charge of that decision. I received no contact from either of those two people however two weeks ago I was contacted by a recruiter wanted to discuss the position and she knew nothing that I had already been interviewed face-to-face. She had no idea why all of the candidates were being denied a position, her direct words Even though she so all is well qualified for the position.. It would seem that if you have that many qualified candidates and that things are in such a mess at a local level with the turnover being very high and desperately needing an HR person At least one of them should be able to handle the job. Maybe the company needs to look at not all the candidates being not able or qualified for the position but maybe look at the person who’s doing the interviewing.
This position does not have advancement opportunities, how do you feel about that?
