A lot of 'Tell Me About A Time.. " questions. Some interesting ones included 'What is something that you have recently read?'.
Why did you choose this phrasing for the menu options? If the customer follows this path, can they go back at any point? Describe the persona you chose for this task and why you chose these characteristics. If a customer says something the system can't handle what would this case look like?
