Overall the interview was fairly standard, however Mark did focus a good deal on upward mobility and management potential. One of their core values is apparently to promote from within (which I loved) and their earning/growth structure is completely merit based, which excited me because I was coming from a seniority based program and we all know how that goes. The interview was brief, but I could tell the interviewer knew what he was doing. Very excited for the follow up conversation.
What do you prioritize in a career? Do I work well in social environments? Lots of questions about my resume, and then some pretty typical questions of where I want to be professionally in the next few years.
