They asked me questions based upon my resume, my hobbies, and what I wanted to accomplish with my personal and professional life. I liked this because it wasn't all the same standard questions that most other companies asked, they were personal and made me feel like they cared about me as a person and what I was interested in. They truly wanted to get to know me as a person and find out if I was going to be a good fit for their culture.
