Question 1
Who would you react when a group have loud music playing in the cabin.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet in Jul 2023
Interview
A very time consuming process that expects a lot from the applicants. The brief for each assessment was a page long and the second assessment was unnecessary. 3 interviews spread over 6 weeks with the final outcome after 8 weeks. Interview 1 (30 mins): Introductory chat Interview 2 (2 hours): assessment split into 2 and completed prior to call. One part building a dashboard and one doing some analysis. Present both in interview. Interview 3 (90 mins): another assessment to be completed prior to the call. It was a scenario based assessment. Then present during the interview.

Question 1
How would you make sure you results are statistically significant?
The responsible person gave me the wrong time to connect to the video call and went on holidays. After writing to several people, I waited an extra hour to finally connect and do the interview. Not only they never apologised, they also never gave me a feedback on the continuation of the process.
