Two stage with a screening interview with the recruiter & then a competency based interview with two Senior Project/Programme Managers. Very efficient interview with a number of questions & follow ups asked within around 40 minutes before the opportunity to ask some of my own.

1 stage straight forward phone screen, followed by a face to face at their head office up in Luton airport in the hanger.
Not the hardest interview I have ever attended. Not sure how it will be now with COVID-19
