I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eBay (Blanchardstown) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied online. Did a video interview then following this, I received a phone call detailing the job role and benefits. I then had to complete an online personality test before going to Ebay headquarters for a final interview. Was told by the recruiter that the interview would be one hour long when in actual fact it was only a half an hour. I had hardly left the building and they had sent an automated response to say that I didn't get the role. No feedback was given.
Extremely time-wasting, degrading and unprofessional. Would think twice before applying again.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at eBay (Draper, UT) in Feb 2016
Interview
Hirevue digital interview then in person interview. HIgh vue is really strange and uncomfortable but not terrible. Got a response quick but declined in person interview because off glass door reviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at eBay (Dublín, Dublín)
Interview
The initial process from applying online was quite fast I think 3 days in total. Then I was emailed a link for a "virtual" interview via a company called Hire Vue, after completing the the online video I was sent a link to complete the same one again. I have recieved no feedback since this, I find this very unprofessional for such a large organisation. There was obviously some form of technical error, maybe in future don't outsource a technology that's unreliable or that your staff are unable to use.
