The hiring manager did not ask me why I was qualified for the position or why I was interested in the position. Not a single question was asked of me regarding this role or otherwise. At one point, I offered to answer any questions she had for me and to give her a run down of my background. It was only after I asked her to ask me that she said "sure tell me about yourself."
