Some basic tell me about yourself questions, how would you handle x, why would you want to work here, etc. But one interesting "question" is that I was asked to do an exercise, produce a sample marketing plan, that was a pretty good way to demonstrate a candidate's knowledge.
LoL, for me the ism asked me if I remembered the sups name and I had to own it and say no. I still got the job there is no apparent script but that was over a year ago.

I can't even remember being asked anything besides my availability and where I lived so they could match me to a close house. Strange interview.
