The founder asked me through the grapevine what my future plans were (in case of children). He asked about how I imagine the combination of work and leisure time in the next few years which is a weird question because leisure time is none of the employers' business. He also asked me about my desired salary and after I answered, he reacted VERY unprofessional saying "wooow, this is way out of our range" and if I wasn't open to a lower salary which we could discuss after 6 months (yeah right). Let me assure you, I didn't ask for a completely utopian salary, but did my research beforehand and set my salary expectations based on that.
