Asked on the "application" : What kind of car do you drive? But, that would not have anything to do with the job I applied for. Then she asked how long it took me to drive to their location from my house. (again, doesn't matter if I am punctual)
How would you build this department?
Casual questioning, they seemed too busy to interview and left the ball in my court. They didn't seem to interview very often as everyone just had casual conversation with me.
Please share how your views on how you build collaboration and strong interdepartmental relationships while having clear accountability and checks and balances.
