What neighborhood would I choose?
Why do you want to work for a start up? What skills do you bring to the team that you think would be valuable? What's your management philosophy and leadership style?
What would you consider your greatest asset and how do you plan to incorporate that into the vision, culture, community, and position you are applying for. Not necessarily a complex question, but the organization usually looks for a detailed answer that adequately covers each aspect in relation to the nature of the organization.
The usual stuff, ranging from company knowledge, local knowledge, marketing events, local partners, etc. Basically everything that assess on whether I can bring the company to Bandung
Why you want to leave your company
Explain how you'd manager inter-departmental conflict.
