Behavioural questions based on: making effective decisions, communicating and influencing and working together in a team. Questions were “describe a time where you displayed this behaviour.” Strength based questions were more relaxed and situational based to see how you would react in this scenario e.g. your boss asks you to stop working on one task and start a different one instead. What do you do?
