One thing that they ask was what is your strength and weakness. I think that is a standard interview question so if you are interviewing you should have an understanding of how to answer that question for you. Another question that is pertinent is understanding Meridian's core values, study them, and pick one that best represents what your core value is for yourself.

None, all questions about past customer service experience ex: give me a time when you had to deliver bad news to a customer how did you do it and what was the outcome?
No difficult questions.
They literally just read my resume and told me why I would be a good fit. Most backward interview.
