They asked about my recruiting experience, work history. and recruiting sucess/failures irt my actual numbers. IE quotas, did I hit budget and how often, how do I retain the recruits I find, etc...
What's your understand if the meaning of equality and diversity (EDI)? How would you promote an inclusive environment for all learners? What do you understand about safeguarding and Prevent? What qualities do you think you would bring to the role? What is the definition of good customer service? Most Importantly, Availability! (They were looking for someone who could cover the whole enrollment period from late July till early August)
