I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Boston, MA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Very straight forward, sales acumen related questions and quota attainment/how you got to quota. A lot of talking through outbound motion and how you prospect. The company is well known in the space so be prepared with knowledge of the product and who you sell to.

Interview
I was interviewed by a TA at ZoomInfo, following that I met with the hiring manager, followed by 2 more rounds of interviews. I was strung along for weeks with no clear updates. Clearly, I did not get the role but why not be transparent? My last email did not even get a response. As of lately, I see angry customers all over LinkedIn blasting them, I clearly dodged a bullet.

Interview
Hands down the best interview process of my life.
McKenzie Griffin was my recruiter and she was candid, professional, sympathetic, thoughtful, kind, pro-active, and simply wonderful.
The process was completely laid-out for me, quick, and very thorough. McKenzie communicated with me often multiple times a day. I was continually impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and supportive attitude. I'm glad to now be at the same company as her.
