"How do you handle a situation where a customer is upset and irate due to a service issue? Walk me through your steps for de-escalating the situation." "Can you describe a situation where you had to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously? How did you prioritize and manage them effectively?"
Had an in person interview. Was called and told I was hired. This was in 2019. I don’t remember the whole process. Asked questions about work history and time availability.

Was horrible, didnt let me speak as it was a group interview and felt a little racially motivated that she was only talking to the other applicants who were asian. Didnt ask me any questions
