It was 2 round process, with the first round involving solving a case study and discussing the solution with one of the buddies assigned by the company. This was followed by an HR round, followed by the offer letter.
On campus recruiting: the interview process was unique in that unlike other firms, ZS had one single round of interviews (3 total) and offers were given shortly afterwards. The case and behavioral questions were not industry or healthcare-specific, but very fair and comparable to corporate consulting. Due to the structure of the interviews, it is a longer process but because it is one and done, it personally felt more manageable for me.
