I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Nueva Delhi) in Aug 2011
Interview
This is the description for Graduate School Hiring comprised of 5 rounds:Written Round, Group Discussion, Case Study, Behavioral Round and final round with senior management. It doesn't any specific tool/technology knowledge, as most of the interview was very generic and test your analytical and logical thinking
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-projects I have done
- Stress testing
-Analytical questions aimed at gauging your unstructured problem solving. Be prepared for guesstimate questions
Phone screening > 2 case study interviews + personality/fit/general interview > offer. There was 3 month gap between phone screening and getting offered the first interview which was not the most ideal.

Typical case study questions that you will be asked in consulting interviews. There was a qualitative case with one interviewer and a quantitative case (with graphs/figures) with another interviewer.
There are three interviews in 1 day -- 1 behavioral, 1 unstructured case, 1 structured case. There are 3 different interviewers per interview, where you will engage with a few managers, consultants, and associate principals

Question 1
Tell me a time where you were stressed / overwhelmed and how did you handle it, in a team environment?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ZS Associates
Interview
Very pleasant and straight forward. Consisted of 2 rounds - the first one being one case, and the second being two case interviews and one behavioral. You have about a week notice between rounds, which gives time to prep. There are also practice cases online that help a lot!
