On campus recruiting: the interview process was unique in that unlike other firms, ZS had one single round of interviews (3 total) and offers were given shortly afterwards. The case and behavioral questions were not industry or healthcare-specific, but very fair and comparable to corporate consulting. Due to the structure of the interviews, it is a longer process but because it is one and done, it personally felt more manageable for me.

Everyone was very nice and kind. Straightforward process. But took 2 months... was waiting for response for a week after each round.
HR, 3 case studies + fit interview
Also, was very hard to get interview invitation....
Easy if you are used to consulting interviews- was in one day, one behavioral round, two case interviews. They may try to stress test you a bit but overall was a pleasant experience. Definitely show that you are interested in healthcare in particular as that is their strong suit.
