ZF Group Infrastructure Lead interview questions

Online tests, phone screen and F2F interview. Phone screen and online tests were standard I guess, not sure why they need that for professional (non-entry) level roles. The F2F interview was boring and whilst I could understand the hiring manager using a different approach for the interview. They didn’t give any information on the change in format. At the end of the interview I felt none of my personality was explored. I haven't had a yes or a no, but since it's been more than a month since they said they would get back. I assume they've filled the role.
