Interview
I started with the application which had a few tests (related to knowledge of the company), then there was the Initial interview and then had Final interview.
The process was mostly smooth but I had to contact the HR in between to get updates.

There were two stages. First a recorded interview with HireVue and then a live interview with two members of the Customers Service Team. It was a very friendly experience.

Tell me about a time you failed.
Tell me about a time when you didn't agree with your colleagues and how did yo handle it.
The interview process was smooth and welcoming. The interviewer was doing their best to make the experience as relaxing as possible. However, the whole selection criteria was not explained thoroughly beforehand.
