Wise Customer Service Representative interview questions

The process was easy. After you submit your CV and cover letter, they send you a home test. Once you pass it successfully, they invite you to an interview with team leads.

First step was completely online where you had to answer some general questions and record your response and after that they demanded some position related tasks to be completed. This was all fine, but the second step was horrible. The interviewers were really down, one of them had a very strong accent, which made it hard to understand the questions. But also, they were confused by their own questions and they were typing my answers while I was speaking which is why there was no eye contact, and they kept missing my answers and asking over again or summing it up as the opposite of what I would say. It was horrible, very inexperienced.
