Wipro Financial Analyst interview questions

Process was not properly managed by the HRs. Candidates who had references were being asked just basic questions. Also, after sending the offer letter HR told me that the salary band will be less than what is mentioned on the offer letter just because in the last month's salary slip of my previous employer had a less gross salary because i was on leave in that month which was clear from the days worked mentioned on the salary slip. He even said we won't look at the days worked or previous months salary slips because of which i declined the offer.
