Besides Pratt and Whitney being one of the most successful companies of its type, you notice something different when you first walk into the building. The design scheme (similar to others in this class) welcomes visitors into their facilities and you see something different in the design. It is streamlined, neat, and the employees' attitudes are positive. That was immediate.
