If you are non technical then it should be your dream to join Fiserv as Fiserv is the best place for non technical employees. Candidate with testing background should join Fiserv so that they can be managers of technical employees. Since I speak a lot and very good in making good relation with useless/non technical/cunning mangers therefore I want to join Fiserv. I will increase my salary by asking management and will take promotion,awards every year without doing significant work. I am good eating credits of others and I think many managers who are good in this job will like me and will help them to spoil career of other employee. I will also be a manger and make sure any good talented employee should be financially weak and my favorite employees should get highest performance rating and appraisals.
